In case you didn’t like our products, you can return it based on the following conditions –
- Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. When sending a product back for a refund or exchange, kindly make sure that the item is packed properly and it must also be in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, your refund will be rejected or a partial refund will be issued to you.
Once the return has been approved, the amount will be refunded to your Oleaf account via Store credit within 2-3 days.
Our products go through a quality check before we dispatch them. However, if they are damaged in transit, just let us know and we will have a replacement sent to you.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Items with definite signs of usage
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery
- Any item that is returned without original packaging
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Oleaf Account via Store Credit, within 2-3 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your Oleaf account again for store credit and your email.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Items on sale can only be exchanged or approved for Store Credit.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

If you have placed an order and want to modify it, let us know within 12 hours of the purchase so that we can either cancel or change the order. Once the order has shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled.
